Abstract
Many different observation methods have been developed to analyse work demands at the workplace. TRAC (Task Recording and Analysis on Comput er) is an observation method which was originally developed at the Rob ens Institute (University of Surrey, UK) and further adapted by the St udy Centre on Work and Health/ERGOcare (Amsterdam, The Netherlands). I n this paper a description will be made of the TRAC-system. TRAC seems to be an useful instrument in practical work as well as for field stu dy in order to analyse risk factors systematically.
