Abstract
The authors present for the fist time DBR-emission in an electrically pumped CdZnSe/ZnSSe/MgZnSSe laser at room temperature. Longitudinal si nglemode emission is observed. By changing the period of the Bragg ref lector, the emission peak can be tuned over > 40meV. The threshold cur rent strongly depends on the reflector period with a minimum value of similar to 160 mA.
