Abstract
A method and an algorithm accounting for the results of measurements o f parameters of information measuring systems (IMS) and their errors i n the course of calculating reliability indices are considered. The me thod utilizes the totality of estimators of the parameters of an IMS, in particular the forecasted estimators of parameters or estimators ob tained from statistical dependencies among the IMS parameters.
