Abstract
The case of a 10-year-old girl with congenital C9 deficiency and posts treptococcal glomerulonephritis (PSGN) is presented. Although her clin ical symptoms mimicked those of Henoch-Schonlein purpura, histological examination of a renal biopsy specimen revealed the features commonly described in PSGN.
