Abstract
This report describes the successful treatment of totally occluded aor tocoronary saphenous vein grafts with percutaneous transluminal extrac tion atherectomy (TEC) in three patients with severe angina and high r eoperative surgical risk. The method presented here may provide an alt ernative to overnight urokinase infusion or repeat surgery in high ris k patients. (C) 1995 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
