Abstract
The role of coronary vasoconstriction in acute myocardial infarction i s controversial. Two patients are presented who were studied with angi ography during the early hours of acute myocardial infarction and in w hom reversible spasm of non-infarct vessels was observed. A tendency t owards coronary vasospasm may be a generalized phenomenon during acute myocardial infarction. (C) 1995 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
