Abstract
This paper discusses a possible mechanism for the various anomalous ph enomena induced by spatially inhomogeneous energy emission. Two gas-dy namical models of ''multipoint'' energy emission in an ideal compressi ble gas have been numerically investigated using a second-order differ ence scheme. It is shown that qualitatively different scenarios are po ssible depending on the initial parameters.
