Abstract
The inherited deficiency of leukocyte function molecule 1 belongs to t he group of immunodeficiencies with onset of septic infections in earl y infancy. We have been able to establish the diagnosis in a newborn b oy whose elder sister was equally affected. Both children could be cur ed by bone marrow transplantation.
