Abstract
The effects of polymolecularity on the second and third light-scatteri ng virial coefficients are calculated for some sample distributions an d compared to the values obtained from an approximate treatment by Bur chard and coworkers. It is concluded that the Burchard scheme, designe d to facilitate the evaluation of light scattering data for associatin g systems, is generally reliable.
