Abstract
A 74-year-old man had an isolated colonic ganglioneuroma presenting en doscopically as filiform polyposis coli. Extensive workup failed to sh ow either von Recklinghausen's neurofibromatosis or multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) 2b. We discuss the clinical implications of this and review the literature.
