TaThN3 can be prepared from a reaction of Ta2Th2O9 and Ca3N2 at 1100-1
500 degrees C or from a reaction of Ta3N5 and Th3N4 at 1400 degrees C.
This black polycrystalline material crystallizes in the perovskite st
