Abstract
This paper presents the results of experimental studies of the electro physical and photoelectric properties of IR-sensitive films of a new t ype-with defects that are tunable under the action of light. The chara cteristics of array photodetectors fabricated from these films for the 8-20-mu m range are also described. It is shown that the detectivity of such photodetectors is background limited and amounts to more than 10(13) cm . Hz(1/2)W(-1) for a background of 10(12) cm(-2)sec(-1).
