Abstract
Lenticulostriate vasculopathy can be seen in an increasing number of c linical conditions, among which congenital infections and chromosomal abnormalities are best known. Two further patients with this ultrasoun d finding are reported, who were both recipients in the twin-to-twin t ransfusion syndrome.
