Abstract
Congenital mesoblastic nephroma was originally believed to be a univer sally benign neoplasm. More recently, aggressive congenital mesoblasti c nephromas have been described with local recurrence and/or metastase s. We report two patients with documented congenital mesoblastic nephr oma which later metastasized to the brain.
