Abstract
We present a case of sclerosing hemangioma of the lung, revealed as a solitary round mass on routine chest radiography in a 14-year-old pati ent. CT and MRI findings were consistent with a solid neoplasm but no specific characteristics were identified. Analysis of the surgical bio psy material led to a cytological diagnosis of adenocarcinoma. Definit ive diagnosis of sclerosing hemangioma of the lung was established on pathological examination of the whole surgical specimen.
