Abstract
Todralazine decreased the mutagenic activity of tested direct- and ind irect-acting mutagens. Despite the marked differences between efficien t todralazine doses (ED(50)) it was observed that, in the case of test ed indirect mutagens as well as in some of the direct mutagens, the de crease of mutagenicity by todralazine was very strong, exceeding 80% i n some cases.
