Abstract
From cytogenetic and immunohistochemical findings in a primary giant c ell fibrosarcoma and its recurrence, it is further demonstrated that a close relationship exists between this tumor and dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans. Both tumors express CD34 and show rearrangements of chrom osomes 17 and 22. (C) 1996 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
