Abstract
The 18q-syndrome, discovered by de Grouchy et al. in the 1964, is char acterized by midfacial hypoplasia, prominent anthelix, whore digital p attern and occasional abnormalities (cardiac defects, microcephaly hyp oplastic labia minora or cryptorchidism). The AA. report a case of thi s syndrome associated with congenital laryngeal stridor, never referre d before.
