ACUTE INTERSTITIAL NEPHRITIS AND UVEITIS SYNDROME (TINU SYNDROME) - ANEW PEDIATRIC CASE-REPORT

Clinical features and natural course of acute interstitial nephritis a nd uveitis (TINU Syndrome) in a 9 years old boy are reported. TINU Syn drome is uncommon but the real incidence is under estimated because of non specific clinical picture. An immunological disorder causing the syndrome is most likely, as some laboratory data demonstrate. No siste mic or inftectious diseases were found in our case but medication expo sure was considered likely.
