Abstract
Trigonometric parallaxes and proper motions are presented for 32 late- type stars observed photographically with the Leander McCormick 67 cm refractor. Eighteen of the stars have no previously published parallax es. Twenty one of the stars are K and M dwarfs identified by Vyssotsky and his collaborators. The list includes several x-ray luminous M dwa rfs, a rapidly rotating spotted flare star, and two astrometric binari es. (C) 1996 American Astronomical Society.
