POSTERIOR HYPOSPADIAS - THE FRENCH OPERATION

We describe a new technique for complete repair of severe posterior hy pospadias in one stage. The operative technique includes some innovati ve points: penile straightening is realized by urethral mobilization t o excise the chordee, and then urethroplasty according to Duplay proce dure and glanduloplasty are performed.
