Abstract
The surface of zircaloy-4 electrodes was studied in 0.5 M K2SO4 soluti on by using impedance measurement as a function of potential and by po larization curves. Parameters of the faraday impedance, charge transfe r and properties of passivation film were obtained. Faradayic impedanc e shows clear dependence on the applied anodic potential as well as on the time of polarization.
