Abstract
Surface enhanced Raman spectra of acridine in a concentration range 6. 7 . 10(-9) to 3.6 . 10(-3)M were obtained on a copper electrode in a c hloride-containing solution at pH 2.5. A conclusion was made that acri dine adsorbs as an ion pair formed from acridinium cation and chloride anion. An adsorption isotherm for acridine on an activated copper ele ctrode was obtained.
