Abstract
A short and efficient enantioselective synthesis of [6-C-13]-L-lysine
from commercially available N-benzyloxycarbonyl-L-glutamic acid alpha-
methyl ester is described using [C-13]-sodium cyanide as the source of
isotopic label.
