STROKE - A RARE PRESENTATION OF EALES-DISEASE - A CASE-REPORT

Eales' disease is common in India and the Middle East, but its neurolo gic manifestations are rare. The authors report a young man with recur rent vitreous hemorrhage and acute amnestic confusional state who subs equently developed myelopathy. Eales' disease should be considered in the differential diagnosis of stroke in a young patient.
