Abstract
We review several aspects of B-Physics. In particular we discuss: i) t he theoretical framework for B-decays, ii) weak decays beyond leading logarithms, iii) standard analysis of the unitarity triangle, iv) rare B-decays, v) CP violation including the issue of electroweak penguins and vi) future visions of this field.
