Abstract
We report changes in the iron L(3)/L(2) white-line ratio of the electr on energy-loss spectrum of a series of iron-copper multilayers which w e discuss in terms of the lattice plane spacings present in the multil ayer system. Momentum-resolved data from one multilayer is also consid ered.
