Abstract
The values of Delta S-cav(0), for inert gas (He, Xe)-binary solvent sy stems are calculated in the context of the scaled particle system theo ry, using He/CCl4-ROH and Xe/CCl4-ROH (R = CH3, C2H5, C3H7) binary mix tures as examples. The thermodynamic characteristics. are shown to str ongly depend on the diameter of the solid sphere of solvent molecules.
