Abstract
Neurofibroma of the tongue arising from the hypoglossal nerve is rare [7], but a combined neurofibroma of the hypoglossal and lingual nerve is extremely rare in the English literature to our knowledge [4,6]. He re one such case is being presented for its rarity, peculiarity of its clinical presentation and the surgical approach to excise it.
