Synthetic antimalarial agents can cause exacerbation of latent or pate nt psoriatic skin lesions, A case of psoriatic onychoperiostitis preci pitated by hydroxychloroquine therapy is reported, The patient had pri mary Sjogren's syndrome, raising questions about the incidence and cau sation of the ungual abnormalities associated with this condition.
