Abstract
A set of self-consistent equations for the two-dimensional non-neutral Coulomb ps is constructed and studied numerically. An earlier ad hoc approximation for the charge unbinding cross-over region is verified. A re-entrant-type behaviour is found for low temperatures. The results are related to the resistance of superconducting films in a perpendic ular magnetic field.
