Abstract
The occurrence, habitat and abundance are reported for the population of ocean triggerfish Canthidermis sufflamen (Balistidae) at El Hierro, Canary Islands. This is the first record from the Eastern Atlantic. ( C) 1995 The Fisheries Society of the British Isles
