Abstract
3-Dimethylamino-1-arylpropene-1-thiones (1) participate in [4+2] cyclo additions with 8,9,10-trinorborn-2-ene (2) and dicyclopentadiene (3a,4 ,7,7a-tetrahydro-4,7-methano-1H-indene, 4) resulting in the formation of hyl-amino-3-thiatricyclo[6.2.1.0(2,7)]undec-4-enes (3) and yclo[6.5 .1.0(2-7).O(9,13)]tetradeca-4,10/11-dienes (5), respectively.
