Abstract
Congenital adrenal hypoplasia is a rare disease which is known to caus e severe salt wasting in the neonatal period. In this report, we descr ibe three patients from two different families who were seen at King K halid University Hospital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. All patients presente d with classical clinical, biochemical, hormonal and radiological find ings of congenital adrenal hypoplasia. To the best of our knowledge, n o similar cases were reported from this part of the world.
