Abstract
Balloon valvuloplasty for combined aortic and mitral stenosis is now b eing increasingly practised. Transseptal catheterisation forms an inte gral part of this procedure. We describe a case where the retrograde n on-transseptal approach was used for dilating both valves in a single intervention.
