Abstract
In the present work, the structure of As0.3Se0.2S0.4Ge0.1 chalcogenide glass has been studied using the radial distribution function (RDF). Moreover, the effect of annealing temperature on the short range order of this glass has been investigated. The results revealed that the sh ort range order structure of the as-prepared and annealed As0.3Se0.2S0 .4Ge0.1 chalcogenide glass is close to a regular tetrahedron. The medi um range order of As0.3Se0.2S0.4Ge0.1 chalcogenide glass is topology o rder. The topological structure of the medium range order can be descr ibed by the Phillips model. The structure of As0.3Se0.2S0.4Ge0.1 chalc ogenide glass is stable in the annealing temperature range 324-523 K.
