Abstract
This paper describes a fast-scanning Ken microscope which produces qua ntitative and repeatable images with a scan rate of one frame/s. The r apid scan facility results in a practical system for routine examinati on of magnetic samples, whereas presently available scanning and full- field systems are relatively slow.
