Abstract
A new driving scheme to compensate for cross-talk in thin film transis tor liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCDs) that is image pattern independe nt and has no background grayscale variation is presented. In addition , we examine the tradeoffs of existing commercially used cross-talk co mpensative driving schemes. Results correlating crosstalk capacitor ma gnitude as a function of display size and density scaling to various t ypes of cross-talk display driving schemes is presented.
