THE APPLICATION OF BIOTINYLATED ENZYME IN BIOSENSOR

This paper describes the preparation of enzyme electrode with active m ultilayers glucose oxidase utilizing avidin-biotin technique under +0. 6 V potential, avidin is adsorbed on Pt electrode, then active multila yers of glucose oxidase can be immobillized with avidin biotinylated g lucose oxidase complex, The biosensor has the characteristies of high sensitivity, wide response range, fast responding, and it can be repea tedly activized with avidin biotinylated enzyme complex solution. The limit of detection for glucose is 6.0 x 10(-6) mol/L. The linear relat ionship between Delta(i) and concentration of glucose holds in the ran ge of 1.0 x 10(-5) similar to 1.0 x 10(-2) mol/L.
