Abstract
An investigation on the process of carbon fiber oxidation at high temp erature atmosphere in air was done by means of the non-isothermal mult i-heating rates, The oxidation kinetics and models were given out in t he form of the empirical equations, Based on them, it is possible to p redicte successfully the weight loss, oxidation rate and life-time of the carbon fiber during the process under different conditions of the temperature(T-1 T-2) and interval (t).
