Abstract
Soya O-methyl and acetyl derivatives of morin, naringenin, quercetin a nd rutin were prepared, identified by UV, IR, NMR and tested in rats a gainst cholesterol. Animals that were administrated quercetin derivati ves and methylated rutin showed lowest concentrations of lipids in the bloodstream and highest concentrations of biliary salts.
