Abstract
Thin films of CuAlTe2 have been deposited on molybdenum using rf sputt ering. The electrical properties of Mo/CuAlTe2/Mo have been investigat ed analysing the current-voltage characteristics of these structures. The behaviour of these characteristics as a function of the annealing temperature has been explained.
