Abstract
Enzymatic pre-treatment of rapeseeds for different time intervals show ed significant effect on efficiency of rapeseed dehulling. Samples tre ated with 51.23 mg enzyme/100g dry matter for a period of 12 h at 45 d egrees C showed increase in the dehulling fractions by 6.65%, and redu ction in the unhulled fractions by 5.53%.
