Abstract
An analysis of second harmonic power generation in collisionless, unma gnetized plasma bounded by parallel plates is presented, which predict s much higher yield under appropriate plate separation and input energ y than the maximum reported yield for unbound plasma. One can therefor e look for optimization of second harmonic power by choosing suitable parameters. (C) 1996 American Institute of Physics.
