Abstract
The authors report a case of an acute polyradiculoneuritis complicatin g hepatitis A in a previously healthy 32-year-old woman. Seven cases o f this association have been described in the literature and analysed in this paper. Although this association remains rare, the occurence o f a motor impairment during a viral hepatitis should lead to a careful monitoring.
