Mw. Tuck et Rp. Crick, THE PROPORTION OF CONFIRMED GLAUCOMAS WHO HAVE A FAMILY HISTORY OF THE DISEASE, Ophthalmic & physiological optics, 16(1), 1996, pp. 86-87

465 confirmed glaucomas had a family history of the disease. Together
with other studies, this indicates that family screening would fail to
detect the large majority of glaucoma cases.
