Abstract
The case of a 55-year-old immunocompetent woman with central nervous s ystem cryptococcosis and multiple intraventricular cysts is presented, The cysts did not enhance on MR and had signal characteristics simila r to cerebrospinal fluid on T1- and T2-weighted images; their intensit y was lower than cerebrospinal fluid on proton density-weighted images .
