Abstract
A simple, accurate and rapid method for the determination of ipriflavo ne and its synthetic impurities has been developed. It consists in RP- HPLC separation and identification of the impurities from their UV spe ctra using photodiode-array detection. The method has been validated a nd shows good specificity, accuracy, precision and sensitivity.
