Abstract
Acute hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection has very rarely been associate d with glomerulonephritis. We describe a case of post-infectious glome rulonephritis associated with acute HBV infection, The kidney disease resolved concomitantly with the hepatitis, and the patient recovered f rom acute HBV infection.
