Abstract
The cDNA encoding a mouse protein, mCDC47, belonging to the minichromo
some maintenance (Mcm) family possibly involved in the DNA replication
licensing system, was cloned and sequenced. Its deduced amino acid (a
a) sequence contained a putative DNA-dependent ATPase motif commonly o
bserved in the family, and a zinc-finger-like domain found in some mem
bers of the family.
